Meanwhile, I did my DNA test to find what diverse roots I have, and it turns out I am like 99% russian. 😅 I didn't even know this was possible.

Вау, тоже очень хочу когда-нибудь сделать ДНК-тест. Я из России, но насколько мне известно, у меня в крови каких только народов нет. Точно есть русские и украинцы, дедушка всё время говорил о том, что у него в роду есть донские казаки, возможно есть белорусы, потому что соседние страны. И недавно бабушка мне рассказала про дальних родственников поляков и евреев. А по форме глаз можно судить о том, что у меня среди предков были ещё либо азиатские народы, либо северные народы. И это только те, кого я знаю! А сколько ещё у меня предков, которых я не знаю, это же просто с ума сойти! Меня очень вдохновляет мысль о том, что у каждого из нас есть предки со всего света, это очень круто и интересно

I remember that my Ukrainian friend also got 40% Iranian. That kinda makes sense, cause Saka people which were eastern Iranian nomads lived in That area and Caucasia for centuries.

I am from Russia, abd have been always told my father was a jew. Turned out I have 3% of Russian and Jewish was not even in the list. But 12% Ukrainian and 15% Romanian. Unexpected results.

I’m Mexican and got 3% Iranian/Caucuses along with less than 1% Indian/Central Asian trace ancestry . My grandfather kept saying he had a grandparent from somewhere in the Middle East. Guess he was right. I took a few other tests and they show Central Asian/Pashtun instead. Decided to take one final test with Ancestry to find out exactly lol. I might update this post with my results if I can find it again.
