I do a minimum of 14:10 IF and a maximum of 16:8. I tried 18:6 for a week but found it too difficult to do everyday. Sustainability is the key for IF to work. Six months ago, I weighed 212lbs; today, I weigh 193lbs.

I tried the 16/8 fasting window and found I got cranky at 14 hour of the fast so I’m going to try the 14/10, I think it will work better for me…
