- Cayenne Pepper (1 tbsp)
- Salt (tt)
- Cold Water (enough for a thin batter)

- Garlic (5-6 cloves)
- Water (¼ cup)
- Soy Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar ( 2 tbsp)
- Honey (3 tbsp)
- Brown Sugar (⅓ cup)
- Gochujang (⅓ cup)
- Ginger (1in knob)
