Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried pepper sauce before?🖐️

Guyanese pepper sauce is a spicy treat with simple ingredients. The key is to blend it thick with some chunks and we also made a tiny modification on ours by adding monkey face pepper and frying the garlic. Traditionally Wiri Wiri pepper is used, but scotch bonnet is a great substitute.

Ingredients:
Wiri Wiri Pepper
Monkey Face Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Vinegar
