Thanks for the reminder. Its something that is easily overlooked. Ive used WD40 in the past. Not anymore, so thanks for the useful info.

I sprayed some brake parts cleaner first to on the tracks and rollers. Let it dry then lubed it. I did that because I did it wrong and lubed the tracks before and I believe the brake parts cleaner may have cleaned it up

White lithium grease is an absolute NO on hinges and rollers. Use a product labeled GARAGE DOOR LUBRICANT
