There was a skinny young man that went to one of the forests in East Texas where they were harvesting trees. He ask the foreman for a job. The foreman said young man you are kinda small to become a lumber jack. Finally the foreman hands this young man an ax and tells him to cut down a small tree.. The young man takes a few whacks at it and the tree falls over. The foreman said not bad. There is a bigger tree cut it down. The young man takes a few whacks and cuts that tree down. This impressed the foreman. He ask the young man where did you learn to cut trees down that quick. The young man said in the Sahara Forest. The foreman said you mean the Sahara desert. The young man said, well that is what they call it now !

Most trees I’ve seen dropped have the angle cut on top of flat cut but bottom notch like this seems better

Most tree fallers I knew use saws about twice that size, looks like she is using a STHIL 55 with a 42" bar & chain, fallers I knew used a Sthil 110 with a 72 " bar & chain.
