I love your videos. I didn't know I had ADHD till I was 18. Now at 24 I need to deal with it as it affects me more than I knew. Tried the Phosphatidylserine with omega-3 you suggested in your videos. It's awesome to have a community.

I have changed my life for the past 2 years .waking up every day at 4 Am

Sleeping around 9 or 10 PM maximum

I seriously start to see life in whole new level

Well the purpose isn't to wake up early as much as it is to sleep early and getting those 7-8 hours of restful sleep to achieve peak functioning the next day.11 pm to 4 am is the optimal time to achieve restful sleep.By going late to bed you're defeating the very purpose of waking up early.

Always been a night 🦉 and it’s so so so so hard for me to go to bed in a “normal” time and wake up early. I hate being awake during the morning and day, it’s weird 🙈 this video was interesting and I might need to try it myself 😬
