I have tried this for two weeks and i can’t tell you how much it helped with my productivity but I struggled with the waking up part of it it got better over time and now I wake up before my alarm even rings which I was very proud of myself then

For some advice I would avoid taking naps during the day if you are simply trying to fix your sleep schedule at night but if you need a nap then keep to at least 20-30 minutes and do it before 3 p.m. so it doesn’t interrupt your sleep cycle at night
