I spent a decade in the field, and am now a senior DA specialist for a large carrier. Field experience is critical to my desk toolkit.

Great video! I'd say doing at least one field deployment definitely helps if you are looking to work primarily from the desk.

What does he mean by 34 licenses. How are there 34 different licenses I thought there were four.

What about the guys that have more than 7 years of independent field experience that's handled over 1000 cat claims? All my usual firms have very limited work available. The comment section probably isn't the place for this.
