So yes and no, mainly no though.. Of course a little bit of jawline filler would do the trick much easier, much better, and much faster! #shorts #medical #plasticsurgery #plasticsurgeonsoftiktok

Like any other muscle in the body, you can build your jawline. You don't need surgery.

If you young < 23yo you can get great results just with mewing techniques. I’m a big sceptic when it comes to shit like this but I did mewing the past 3 years whenever it came to my mind and you can really see improvements on your chin and cheeks. Not chad like changes but noticeably

The exercises definately works and grows the jaw muscle. Ive only cheved on exercise gums 3 weeks maybe and the muscle are much bigger. Not that much visual change yet all though i can see some change. Lower face is lot bigger now.
Bad side about it is it gives head ache.
Its going to take another month or more to actually see significant difference just like with any muscle exercise.
3 times a week. 2 gums at once. 20-50 minutes chewing.
The package says i should use only 1 gum and 10-20 minutes but it feels nothing to me so i doubled it.
My bite is stronger than average i suppose.
Im starting to feel such a turbo head pitbull dog in human form XD XD
Lets hope the results will look good too and not some monster

Get the ones for your molars. If you get the ones for the front teeth they can damage ur teeth causing crooked and severe painful teeth, the reason this happens is because the molars are able to handle 5600 pounds of pressure per square inch, the front teeth are not meant to bite on hard objects. Front teeth are tearing teeth and back ones are crushing teeth.

He might be right. For sure these jaw trainers can widen the jawline a bit, but if you’re very rounded, surgery is the only permanent way. Permanent fillers are an alternative as well.

You failed to mention that putting this amount of stress on the incisors, which are not meant for chewing, is very harmful. The molars are used to chew tough foods such as meat, the incisors only cut up the food. So the best option would be to train using Jawliners, as they are molar based and have been tested to prove no harm
