I worked with a client who was overweight 260+ and he wanted to get on trt. told him lets see if we can cut down the weight first. dropped 50 lbs and his natural test went from 400 range to just over 900 with the fat loss and cleaner diet.

TRT alone is great for dieting, because it allows you to significantly lower calories without crashing testosterone. This is enough for keeping muscle mass and mood from crashing as well. TRT is an underutilized dieting tool… not a first line treatment, but definitely more conservative than surgery.

Just finished my first test only cycle i went big dosing wise and it was beautiful i never have estrogen problems i ran 1500mg a wk for month one 1000 mg/wk month 2 and 750mg for mo 3 and 4. I def prefer adding compounds to test more and have several cycles under my belt but ive never ran test so high before either. I think masteron test and dbol month 1 is my fav cycle yet

This is my current situation, planning on doing my first cycle in a couple of months but currently carrying more bodyfat than id like. Hoping a testosterone cycle would assist me in losing fat/keeping fat off me as iv gone from 20 stone when first starting gym, then down to 77kg, then somehow put on 23kg in less than a year while training 6-7 days per week. I assume at 29 years old, working nights, and a crappy diet my natural test levels probably arent great? Gonna get my blood work done before a cycle either way so ill find out!

It's weird. I never see anyone like you or someone in your space talking about gear for powerlifters or weightlifters or strongmen. MANY of those athletes are FAR over 20% BF... yet they crush gear like no tomorrow, too. Do you REALLY need to be very low BF to use gear? Depends on your goals, I'm sure.

not true, amount of aromatase estrogen conversion is 95% genetic. 5% accounts for behavorial ie diet/body. Thats why some never get gyno while others more fit/slim dudes oddly prone to gyno.
some of us are more DHT dominant due to 5 alpha reductase domination would love aromatization. in my body for example even without an AI within two-4 weeks the body seems to take care of itself puffy nipples completely disappears. Overtime of testosterone usage, you also develop way more androgen receptors 5-alpha reductase androgenicity which further prevents aromatization making you more DHT dominant with long term test usage …
