Looks good Auntie Tab! I’d definitely add some chickpeas, pre cooked quinoa or 3 tablespoons of Hemp seeds to make it more of a complete and filling meal.

Hi Tab! You can also but all the ingredients in a food processor and just pulse a few times. The dressing gets well distributed and the kale breaks down nicely 👌

I thought I was the only one that seasoned my salads!!! I can do everything minus the onion and avocado....and add some egg and tomato... because I love Aunty Tab but I'm not vegan because that's my business 😂...and I need that outfit!!
