Tip for kale from a pro cook- salt it about a few mins before and then break it down before you add the dressing...the salt will draw out moisture and make the kale a little easier to the mouth. 🙂

Bed of baby spinach
Supremed ruby red grapefruit
Sliced green onion
Drizzle of olive oil
Sprinkle of salt

Best ever in my book. Maybe bc I don't care for kale.

Made this and it is really amazing. I don’t usually eat kale but definitely will more now with this recipe. Love how cheap it is too, it probably averages close to 2$ a big bowl for me. I added some apples to mine too

best kale salad has olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a bit of mustard, salt, pepper and boiled potatoes mixed in when they re super hot 👍🏻

I found a recipe at a clients house from one of those fresh kits.. got me hooked quick to kale.. 😋 massaging the dressing in the kale is A 💯. garlic Balsamic dressing, goat cheese with sliced cherry tomatoes. I'd try this one minus the beans
