I became vegan after seeing some stuff on factory farming. Not really a meat is murder thing, just didn't want to contribute to that culture anymore. Got super nervous that I wasnt going to be getting enough calories or vitamins, or anything tasty! This guy saved me, to the point where I literally don't miss anything from my old diet for real. I workout a lot, and I'm actually eating better and healthier than ever because I'm paying more attention to what I'm eating too.
