This question test language not math, while the semantics of the questions are inconsistent. The tense of "will it be" tells us the day we are looking for is in the future. Which the rest of the question tells us that it is not.
Inconsistent theories can not be derived to a true statement, thereby the question does not hold a true solution.
In short, it can be summarized to: It will never be a day two days before tomorrow, because it was already yesterday.

This is why english needs a common word for the day after tomorrow and the day before yesterday

I would say the answer is “b. Wednesday” .Here is the explanation,
As it says “what day will it be 2days before tomorrow”, which means 49 hours before “tomorrow or Saturday”. (As 2days = 48hours, the third day starts at 49th hour and here the question says 2days before so it refers to the third day!)
So if we calculate backwards, 24h before tomorrow is today or Friday and 48h before tomorrow is yesterday or Thursday. And the 49th hour or 3rd day is Wednesday.

It’s harder when questions are being said vocally instead of you reading a written question version of it. Professors don’t write they ask and they want a vocal answer and not a written answer. Nice try to the people who thought this was easy. It isn’t math but it’s important to understand High Level Math English Wording. Questions can be familiar but answers are different. This type of questions are common in math exam they’ll examine if you understand the language of math. Not just by seeing it.
