Learning to Chop Onions Under 15 Seconds

This week I decided to learn how to dice #onions properly and fast. Despite not having any experience in the #kitchen nor with #knifeskills, I tried to achieve chopping onions under 15 seconds.

So all I did for the past 7 days was to chop, dice and slice onions. Come enjoy and cry with me.
