Why did I grow algae all over my tank?

the baby goldfish can snack on the algae, you've even said it's great for them and they love snacking on it

Actually let some algae grow out on my tank before a 4 day vacation, didn’t have to feed them because they love snacking on the algae. Love my goldfish!

Also algae can provide more dissolved oxygen in water. Can provide some secondary metabolites has antibacterial and antifungal effects, can use accumulated nitrogen and literally increase water quality. Vote for algae.

Maybe for food for the little goldfish fry to munch on as they please, as a constant food source they have access too whenever they desire. Also to make them good chunky healthy goldfish. But it does honestly make it look quite natural, and has a very nice aesthetic to it
