I had herniation and bone spurs at the same time …I cannot explain the pain!
Got surgery and was pain free as soon as I woke up. After a year and a half of pain it felt like I woke up in heaven!

How can I heal it? It’s not as bad as it used to be but I still find myself having pain while standing up straight, especially after sitting and sometimes the pain is in my thoughts and even my reproductive area, I just wanna go back to normal again

I have a degenerative disc and with bone spurs pressing. I believecI have a pinched nerve in my neck. Mild osterioarthritis in back.
Multilevel disc space loss with endplate sclerosis and osteophytosis is present, more advanced at C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels which have progressed since the previous exam.

I’m 13 and I’ve been working out and out of the blue in random spots all around my back have been having very sharp brief stings that feels like like someone’s pinching me, and my mom thinks that pinched nerves is what this is, is the any sort of solution or something to make it less annoying

Interesting you said herniation usually seen in younger patients. When i had my disc replaced a few years ago my surgeon was mind boggled as he’d never seen anyone my age (young 20s, but by decades like he’d only ever seen significantly older patients with herniated discs). I wonder why this seemed unusual to him at that time. I was a dog groomer for years and lifting heavy large dogs into tubs and tables daily and i think that is what led to my injury

Can something similar happen in the shoulders amd wrists? I'm 42, and I thought I had a rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder. But, I've noticed grating and "crunching" when I rotate my left, compared to my right which is silent?

43 year long term trucker and physical guy. 3 years ago i got a random shooting lightning bolt pain in my right side neck when i turned my head and talked to the right. I though i got stung by a bee. This nerve pain only fires off when i talk and turn my head to the right. the pain stays within the neck and doesnt go into the shoulder. I feel it slightly on face. Happens maybe 2-4 times a month but its enough to really scare me. Mri show bone spur on c5. can that maybe be the issue? and what can i do for it?
