What type of seasoning would you recommend for the radishes? I didn't see any suggestions listed on your site for radishes.

thanks-how long can these be stored for or is it for immediate eating. Can I use mason jars and store?

Thank you so much for all your informational emails and recipes. I love them and I use them!! Where do you recommend getting jars like the ones on video that actually seal? Or can I just use my guart canning jars ?
