I have this exact tool. It's pretty useless. It was not able to detect anything from the transmitter, and I've tried it multiple times.

Right off the bat I could not use this tool due to the mind-numbing non-stop sender chirp.  There are much better units that don't make a racket like this one does.  I prefer seeing an indicator light go on and off when the circuit is de-energized.
