What I faced was that I had to tell recruiters my current salary as well as expected salary or else they wouldn't proceed.

Ha, early 90s rules. Trend has changed. Younger generation please ask salary based on market demand or above.

With the due respect to your suggestions. I disagree on salary part as most of the time recruiters are not aware of the actual cut off as it will be the hiring manager who can take a call so....let recruiter agree on a number and proceed or else just because ine is not within the budget won't get hired....wasting the time of candidate and a hiring panel....until if the candidate gets benefitted from an interview.

To all those saying in comment section that ask for real salary please dont listen to them listen to him. I recently switched i remember few HRs who never called me back after i quoted a higher salary. But this wasn't a problem for me as i quoted higher salary only after having an offer letter in my hand to justify it. So if you can justify then ask for higher salary else give a range and counter offer later

My notice period is 90 days and non negotiable.
I told 30 days in an interview to get the offer but my company said I need to complete 90 days to get experience letter.
What to do in this situation?

Be honest and express your details honestly. Hiding things may lead to wasting your time and hiring company time as well. First thing don't listen to these nonsense suggestions

Focus on becoming a boss not slave, be an entrepreneur, learn to sell something, not to sell yourself
