I woke up this morning a new man. I used to wake up tired and needed a gasp of air. I would wake up during the night, as well. I have done the exercise with the pillow last night. I haven’t counted reps or sets. I just stood there for a few minutes enjoying the feeling. I only got up to go to the bathroom and look in the mirror. I then got back to the pillow. The problem is almost gone and only after one day! It’s a miracle! It’s a wonderful thing you’re doing here. I can’t thank you enough. I know this helps you promote the video, so it’s the least I can do. Let’s hope this reaches as many people who need this as possible.

Starting with these excersices today. Edit with progress in 2 weeks

Edit: so, I did this for 2 weaks, first 3 exercises, 2 series each per 10 inhalations. I noticed major improvement, my flared ribs aren't flared that much, it's at least 50% better. And second major improvement I noticed that the headaches I had every day for YEARS have stopped since the day I started this so thank you so much Conor! I will definitely continue with this daily.

This is probably one of your best pieces of content. I had lower rib flare which i managed to get rid of by learning how to fully exhale, but i still have compressed upper ribs near the pecs and lack of space in the posterior mediastinum. these exercises are making a big difference, especially the max ball which seems to work a bit better than the floor on me. Thank you !

From someone who also pectus and weight trains, although I don’t have a very well built chest, it has gotten better over the years from being in the gym/ correcting my posture. The one thing that I’d like to tell everyone who has it is NO ONE NOTICES IT MORE THAN YOU DO. There’s been times when I’ve had my shirt off and bring up how my chest caves in but a lot of the time people don’t even notice it. Whether it’s because of the training or it genuinely not being that noticeable, just train consistently and be the best you can be. Surgery is cool if you can get it but training is the next best thing if not more important because you’ll establish more confidence by doing the journey rather than just skipping to the destination. KEEP GOING EVERYBODY, whether your chest gets better or not, you will feel so much better about yourself and your body once you see everything else improving.

Even as someone who doesn't have pectus excavatum, I found this to be one of your best and informative videos. I think most people can benefit from these drills and exercises even without an "official" PE diagnosis.

I have pretty significant excavatum, and when I started swimming competitively in highschool and through college I noticed a big reduction in the how visibly it affected my torso shape. I assumed it was mostly from muscle development, but considering your drills it makes me think the breathing patterns and posture while swimming may have contributed a lot.

Another Connor here with PE. Thanks for sharing man that's inspiring. I had the worst case my hospital had seen & had the Nuss procedure done with two bars. Glad you didn't need it the recovery was brutal! Keep up the good work

WOW! Where were you 30 years ago, Conor? Your video would have saved me a lot of suffering! Thanks a lot man! I have only tried the one with the pillow and it works like magic. Still couldn’t figure out the other ones, but I will, soon. Don’t want to get up from this position! Feels so good to finally be able to breathe normally.

Thank you so much for this! Clicked so fast when I saw the combination of you + this topic.
I've always thought I just looked like this because I was skinny, until the past few years I started feeling physical limitations such as shallow breathing because of it. Been doing upper body strength training for a while now but this is the more deep explanation I was waiting for

I cannot express to you how perfect the timing of this video is. I had pectus surgery 8 years ago, and I became very discouraged after seeing that my pectus is coming back. This video is saving my life right now.

For me i found out after 45 years since i was a kid. That the whole problem was a twisted and tight hamstring that pulled and twisted my whole body for the last 2 years i have been streching it to all directions. And now i stand tall and my foot is not twisted and my belly button is actually facing forward

I have pectus and did the Nuss surgery when I was younger. The upper and middle part of my sternum went forward but my lower ribs on my right side caved in a little after the removal of the bar. This video helped me feel my lower ribcage as I never felt it before. I found your channel by mistake and something felt right when doing the rotated pelvis exercises. Now I know why. Nice to see someone with pectus helping others fix all the imbalances.

It worked for me, fixed am array of problems i had including AFib, dont let detractors stop you from trying, it took me 4 weeks of non stop effort throught the entire day, some days it is more mental, my brain has learnee the pain and bad habits and you need to make it forget it, like a lamguage youve been speaking your whole life, it very hard but it is doable.
