Easy Homemade Wonton/Dumpling Skin Wrappers for Dim Sum

After discovering how easy and satisfying it is to make my own wonton/dumpling/eggroll skin/wrappers, whatever you want to call them at home, I no longer have the desire to go get store bought ones which include other unnecessary and unwanted ingredients. Sure it takes a bit more time, but if you have the time, it's so worth the labor AND you sort of can get a little arm workout from it :P. I have used this for steaming dumplings, wontons in noodle soups and pan fried meat buns. All have turned out pretty good if I do say so myself ;).

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 cup + 1/2 cup water
1 t salt
1/2 - 1 cup corn starch (for dusting)

I just made these and they turned out great! I made them with whatever I had sitting around "Chopped" style.I stuffed them with kale, breakfast sausage, carrot and onion. Thank you x 3!

I HAVE THIS STUFF LAYING AROUND MY KITCHEN not like I ever touch it cuz I have to buy friken Asian food cuz I don't know how to cook even though I'm Asian now I don't need to waste my money and no I just love Asian food im not buying it cuz I follow stereotypes
