My dough was just way too dry and cracked with just a cup of water and 3.5 cups of bread flour, when kneading.

A favourite source of wonderful recipes, thank you. However, your search system is absolutely horrible. Several times I have searched for what I have seen on the channel with negative results. E.g. "wonton" or "wonton filling". Frustrating
