WOW! I love dumplings... I thought these were going to be really complicated to make. Didn't know how simple they are. I had considered buying ready-made filo but Marion has given me the incentive to try my own.

My late father introduced me to pan fried dumplings from a street vendor in Hong Kong when I was 5 in the 1980s. They remain my all time favorite to this day. Now my 4 year old son loves dumplings as much as I do from my mom and our local Northen Chinese restaurant. With the pandemic, I've had to resort to cooking for my mom outside and my main grocery store stopped carrying all wraps. Thank you for your video, my son's ultimate wish is for me to pan fry original dumplings in the forest over a wood fire. He would be to the moon if I could pull this off. I would be the #1 daddy 😏
