Whenever I go out shopping with my dad or anyone in general I sometimes feel like my arms and legs are locked in and I walk funny, I hope this will help me not walk around silly like because my dad thinks I'm in that case and things I don't know how to control myself and I am trying to do what I can but I feel like I'm being controlled it's not like I do it intentionally, I hope this music fixes all that and I don't feel nervous going out shopping at grocery stores
