Taking one man's opinion is getting old now a days, time to upgrade and show graphs for headphones.

I needed a cheap OE headphones for travelling and bought a Soundcore Anker Q35, which is foldable and comes with a case. After reducing the overwelming bass in the 8-band equalizer, this sounds marvellous taking the reduced price of below 100€ into consideration. ANC is acceptable although not top notch.
Highly recommended!

Could you add time stamps or sections for future reviews thank you

Sound and precision it is Bathys, but then they are costlier and bulkier! From the rest I went with Sennheiser M4 Wireless (as an upgrade to my PXC 550-II) - primarily sound quality and stage is good and I like their signature. Q45 is for budget and really good sound.

Master & Dynamic MW75 allows passive wired listening. No need to turn the headphones on to listen. Only downside is the buttons for play/pause, vol up and down, ANC buttons won't work when the headphones are not turned on. But this is one underrated feature

Wow !!!! I watched many videos on youtube talking about headphones and earbuds. I can tell you that you’ve done a perfect job !!! I have the px8 and bathys and mw75 and i agree with all you said! Bravo !! But my favorite one are the px8 (more punchy and louder with wider soundstage).
Sorry for bad english i speak french :)

I think reviewers are swayed by price tags, once they know the headphones cost 4 or 5 hundred plus dollars they will automatically get a high score. Do a blind test and I'll bet your results are much different.

I have the Focals. The sound is just stunning for wireless headphones.

earbuds are nice in certain situations like at work when one earbud is appropriate, but they are not the most comfortable, OE headphones always have better sound quality, and earbuds always hurt my ears after some time, OE headphones are always so much more comfortable, they sound great and they don't give me headaches. Thank you for the good list!

I have the Sony xm4s and the sound quality is so good. I use them all the time. And the battery lasts forever!

Hey there David, Fantastic round up as usual. I just went and listened to the Bathys in a store, and wow, they sound real good.
I also have the Momentum 4 which I think are incredible. Additionally I have been testing the Bang and Olufsen H95. I was a little surprised that they didn't make your list. They sound better than the Bowers and Wilkins to my ears. I would love to know what you think, as I have yet to see a review of them from you. I know you can't get to everything, but these were a unique pair marking 95 years of Bang and Olufsen and putting all their technology in one headphone. A Joy to behold.
Great video, as usual.
Love to get your thoughts.

I’m still amazed at the sound quality from my AirPods Max. I actually prefer it to everything on the market due to the combination of features. Top three in sound quality and noise canceling. Still number one in transparency.

My Samsung Galaxy S21 supports LDAC. I own Sonys WH1000XM4s and they are great value.

Any recommendations which ones to buy when you want headphones that feel soft and light on the ears?
I wanted to buy the Bose QC 45, but I read that they don't feel that comfortable as the previous ones.

I own the B&W PX7 first gen and B&O H95. Didn't get either for full price. I think the H95 is better in every way, which is to be expected given the steep price.

But I don't use either option too often as I find when at home, I use speakers. Otherwise, I use earbuds like the B&O EX or Galaxy Buds Pro when out and about, at the gym, or on a work call. I find over ear headphones see less and less use from me.

Galaxy phones support LDAC, just enable the option in Bluetooth device settings.

@cnet did you review the Bang&Olufsen H95 when they came out ? I think they will probably beat all the mentioned headphones when it comes to pure sound quality

I don't get why people generally praise noise cancelling so much. Still haven't heard any nc headphones that sound good.
