Thank you for your video. I was deciding on which programming method should I use since I have an Arduino UNO and also bought one of these tiny programming board.

Your making it way harder than it needs to be. I've posted a comment on your other video to explain how it's done.

Hi, I did all the steps that you explained and loaded a modified blink sketch and it runs on the programming board (I can see the blinking led) .But as soon as I place the ATTINY85 on a bread board (setup correctly), nothing happens... it is just like no program runs. I set a precise 5v from my regulated power supply and tried all the pins (except vcc, gnd and rst) but without success. Can you tell me what i do wrong?

> Press CTRL+C to terminate the program.
> Device search timed out

Just asking, is there any alternative to using the capacitor

Bien compliqué alors qu'avec le module USB c'est tellement simple mais c'est vrai la complication c'est beaucoup plus valorisant !!!

Very complicated while with the USB module it's so simple but it's true the complication is much more rewarding !!!

I want to set the clock speed to 16.5MHz, just like the board states. Is there something I need to add to the code when I compile the sketch? Or am I supposed to do it at the beginning, when uploading the bootloader through an arduino uno? Or is the board set to automatically set the clock frequency at 16.5mhz?

This gets me closer to my goal, I bought a few of these a while ago. However, my goal is to get away from the Arduino IDE. I am trying to get Eclipse or Atmel Studio to work, but unsuccessfully.

Would you know if this could be programmed from Eclipse or Atmel Studio using this? Or have you just tried with Arduino IDE?

Hey, nice video. One question, where should I copy the files if I have downloaded the Arduino app from the microsoft store?

many thanks for the instructions. I have the exactly same usb programmer, but I cant get it recognized by windows (10), it says unknown usb device. I tried installing digispark drivers, reinstalled, disable/enable.. no luck. Did you install any specific usb driver for it?

What would be the procedure for using a macOS instead? I cant run the bat files. What are we burning to the bootloader?

i have this ATTINY85V-10SU:
and i did it the way you said it, but it didn't work, so is there a problem because it is a attiny85V instead of an attiny85, or is it a problem when my arduino files instead of programm_files(x86) like you, are on my desktop?,
it would be great if you can help me
