judging by some of the comments i'm starting to worry that a lot of people don't understand blatant sarcasm. Tom and Ash are obviously parodying the things they are saying, e.g - Tom interrupting Ash to tell us not to interrupt. The joke is they are telling us how to be an ally by showing us how *not* to be one
