Bacon

Weber's are tricky getting the heat right in particular. Pretty sure if I nail the spread and temp. You can just whack it all on and come back a few hours later. Just want smoking ham, fish, etc for beginner's.

Well I've found your recipes to be well explained. But I want to know how to spread heat, charcoal, temp, wet wood chips and HOW LONG for different sized food in a Webber. "How to smoke ANYTHING" kinda style.

Just made this for breakfast. We found the vinegar taste to be overwhelming. (Tasting with an American tongue). The first time the sauce turned to eggs, the temp was too high. 2nd time it was perfect texture.
