How to poach an egg

Full recipe:

Ingredient:

Egg
3 Table spoon of white vinegar

1. Prepare a small saucepan and fill up half of water
2. Add 3 spoon of white vinegar in to the water
3. When it bobble up, turn it to the low heat
4. Crack a egg in to a bowl
5. Stirring boiling water in a single directions by using a spoon
6. sliced the egg in to the middle
7. Keep the boiling water circling surround the egg by stirring around the side of the saucepan using a spoon
8. Try to keep the egg stay in the middle when cooking until it form a round shape (around 2min)
9. Turn it to medium heat for another 1min
10. Remove it from the pan using the slotted spoon and set aside to drain. Enjoy!

Thanks for this tip, it made poached eggs quicker for me because I always done them in a buttered freezer bag then boil them. Just had two great poached eggs on toast. The H bomb boiled egg spoilt it for me though, you see I had a hard boiled egg left over from breakfast that I had pierced to help stop the eggs from cracking whilst boiling. I must have timed this just perfect, I microwaved the boiled the egg from this morning cos the yolk was a bit runny I took the egg out put it on my plate in a cup with the poached eggs. I hit it with my knife and BOOM egg and shell everywhere along with coffee and the shit in my pants. Who would have known that a pierced boiled egg would wait so long after been taken out of the micro then explode itself all over the place. This could be a good prank if you could work out the timing.

First question, Does this taste like a sunny side up egg with the liquid yoke?
Second question, is this a sunny side egg inverted?
Third question, how do i eat this? do i eat it like a sunny side up egg with bacon etc. Or do i eat this on toast (like a sunny side up egg)?
