30 DAYS OF EASY LOW CARB MEALS FOR HEALING & WT MGT

This playlist will contain 30 meals any beginner can easily follow in order to experience healing through weight loss from excess fats, muscle preservation, lowered inflammation and stabilization of blood sugar.

As a reminder, these foods are generally safe but individual preference may require alternatives like beef for pork, fish for chicken or other macronutrient equivalent.

For those who are taking medications, especially those that lowers blood sugar, a guidance from a healthcare provider is recommended to avoid complications like hypoglycemia. You may contact LCF Center should you need to book a consultation with a Low Carb doctor.

Depending on the person's height, current weight, age and activity, the amount of required calories in a day may vary. Good thing, with low carb meals, especially during the first two weeks, you may eat as much proteins and healthy fats as you like. One to three meals may be eaten in a day. Although, it is best to stick to at least 12 hours of circadian fasting wherein your last meal is eaten around 4-6 hours before bedtime.

Serving portions in the videos may be doubled or tripled. Usually, we cook only once a day and just eat the same food if ever we will have a second or small third meal. An egg is also a common staple as snacks or light last meal. Some items that are not available in your area can be replaced by similar items or removed altogether.

It's okay. There is no need to complicate things.

These meal items are provided to give any beginner an idea how low carb way of eating works, and inspire them to start their clean and healthy way of eating the easy, affordable and efficient way.

Hi Dra! I am glad you started on these low carb meals! Continuing my IF (16:8 now from 20:4) and low carb diet to maintain my ideal weight - lost a total of 39 pounds in ten months. I admit I kind of cheat once in awhile (on holidays with a little amount of ice cream and cake ) but never tempted to go back to rice, pasta, potato and bread. I hope more people will discover you! wow, simple yet very satisfying meal, avid follower po ninyo doki, exactly 1month today nag lowcarb aq, been practicing 18:6 & omad on alternation. stopped my njection. my nsulin level is at normal level on the 3rd week. im on my 2nd day of fasting now & planning to make it to 3days. thank you very much to you doki grace.

Hi Doc.I am Queza one of your subscribers.and I am ff.your low carbs.been 2 weeks now I am not eating rice..I noticed my A1C is maintain..I do my daily walking for 20 mins.and so 10 mins.exercise at home zumba

Paano naman po Doc kung may hypertension at may maintenance na iniinom, e bawal nga daw po kumain ng pork or any meat at 554 cholesterol ko at 400+ ang triglicyrides at medyo mataas din potassium at blood sugar at createnin at Bun kaya bawal any meat.

Hi dra. New subcribers mo po ako. Since napanood ko ung s fb na video mo na walang rice walang gamot walang sakit naging interested po ako so eto na nga at andito nmn ako yt channel mo para makapanood pa ng ibang videos mo about sa low carb diet .i hope na magawa ko po ito d man po ako nagpapacheck up i feel na mataas po ang sugar ko dahil may mga signs po ako narrmdman.
