Believe me, what ever you do never give up, finally I've become a NP on my 3rd attempt, I can’t believe I almost gave up after not making it for the 2nd time, fortunately for me I was recommended to a tutor by my friends

Real World NP is a consummate professional. I deeply appreciate the customer service, genuine care, and breadth of knowledge and experience that Liz brings to her practice.

In an industry that doesn't always allow for the time freedom to fully educate newer NPs, Liz's expertise and focus on education + empathy are truly exemplary.

All NPs starting out deserve the level of mentorship, wisdom and expertise that Real World NP provides. Highly recommend her services be a required continuing education credits offering for newer NPs!

Just found your channel. I am an FNP student starting clinicals this fall. Yikes! It is refreshing to see more experienced NPs working to help new NPs and aspiring NPs along their way. Thank you.

I appreciate your tips and advice greatly. I will be starting clinicals this fall and am making myself a binder to bring along. I already have several of your cheat sheets in the binder. If you are mentoring this time next year, I would love to be one of your mentees.

I’m a new grad working at CVS minute clinic. I’m in orientation right now and today was the first day seeing patients on my own with my preceptor next door also seeing patient on her own. I have her as a resource for now but next week I am expected to run a clinic independently and completely on my own. I am completely overwhelmed and having the impostor syndrome. I feel like I don’t know anything at all and can’t seem to recall anything I’ve learned bc of all my anxiety. I’m really struggling with the transition. Coming up with a diagnosis and differentials has been the hardest part because it’s what gears my treatments. I’m staring to question if this was the right career move for me. I’m really having a hard time and just feel mentally exhausted every time I come home. Not to mention the added pressure of only having about 20minutes to see each patient adds to my anxiety while still trying to navigate epic all mg with being a new grad. 😔

Hey Liz! Great channel! I was wondering if you have any advice on the top things to review if I took 1-2 years off after I finished my MSN program (while not working)? Feeling kinda rusty on everything and wondering if I need a crash course or something. If you could make a video on it, that would be great! Thanks!

My area is over saturated. I had to move for work. First job in aesthetics. Now I have taken a job in a NH because of the hours, and because of COVID I’m out on my own with out one on one training. I’m an FNP, scared, and wondering why why why and how I’m going to get through this. ☹️

I’d love an online mentor!!! Am working with a wonderful experienced NP who is fairly new to a role similar to mine though so it’s a unique position.

Hi I am an FNP student going to start clinicals in a week. I was wondering any advice how to think of differential diagnosis. I am afraid that I may not know enough differential and focus on the familiar diagnosis
