I know I’m a little late to the party, but here. If you have longer and stronger arms, you can lean your body forwards and do long strides. This reaches the same speed as the guy in the video’s run, as well as helping with agility. You’re able to IMMEDIATELY stop during your strides, by staying low to the ground. Everything else you do branching and wall running wise is completely fine. Have a nice day fellas lmk if I should make a tutorial about this

EDIT: flicking while going diagonally is still alright, you just need to know how to switch forms mid-run

I do it on steam with king arms by going 🤏🤌🤏🤌🤏🤌🤏 with one hand and it makes me go faster than speed cap

How I run is I'm right handed use 72 hz put my hands to my left pull with my left hand a flick my right hand backwards
