SCRIPTURE STRONGLY EXPOSES THE HERESY OF LORDSHIP SALVATION

Scripture strongly exposes the heresy of Lordship Salvation (i.e., the unbiblical requirement to surrender all to Jesus Christ as "Lord," “confess your sin” and to "turn from your sin," to be saved).

Isaiah 64:6 (KJB)
6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Romans 3:10 (KJB)
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 3:23 (KJB)
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Scripture teaches that Eternal Life is the free gift of
God, which cannot be earned or merited.

Romans 6:23 (KJB)
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:7-9 (KJB)
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

My destination is not based upon behavioral change or how I live my life, it's on whom that I trust to save me and keep me saved. If you have to look at your life or put the whole focus on yourself to prove that you are saved, scripture itself proves that you are not!

John 3:16 (KJB)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 6:47 (KJB)
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

Acts 4:12 (KJB)
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Acts 16:30-31 (KJB)
30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

1 John 5:13 (KJB)
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Respectfully, if you do not KNOW you are saved, simply come to God as a needy sinner, receiving Jesus Christ's perfect sacrificial death on the Cross as complete payment for all your sins (past, present & future), believing that He died for the whole world including YOU, that He was buried and that He physically rose from the dead three days later, and you will be immediately saved my friend. You have God's written Word on it:

1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

That is "The Gospel" (Good News) of God’s AMAZING undeserving unmerited GRACE by which we are saved, if we believe.

Sin can open doors that can't be closed. Some of the repercussions of sin over time are lukewarmness, spiritual blindness, spiritual deafness, spiritual drunkedness, spiritual deception, spiritual darkness, demonic oppression or possession, perversion, addiction, idolotry, depression, emptiness, desperation, spiritual harlotry, apostasy, a hardened heart, a loss of conscience, and enmity with God.
