We use a Whirley Pop and put 3 T. oil and 1/3 c popcorn amd after it's finished we add pink salt and it is delicious:) the coconut oil adds alot of flavor

I make popcorn for my children and myself almost everyday. Most cost effective healthy snack. I add garlic powder, wheat germ, and pink sea salt. I pop it on the stove using coconut oil. I cant eat it plain but our body needs sea salt so a little goes on everything for me.

You can pop corn without using oil in the microwave. Use a brown paper bag 1/4c corn and fold the end of the bag over . I use the bigger lunch size bags. Pop until you don’t hear it pop anymore. I use chili power and nutritional yeast. Try differ spices . Dill, garlic, onion powder . Have fun

Huge popcorn 🍿 lover. ❤ Sadly I can't Eat it plain. So there goes the healthy way. I use an air popper, I put white truffle oil a little Himalayan salt, and Non Fortified Neutral Yeast 😋

I pop mine on the stovetop with a tiny bit of olive oil. Only pink salt for seasoning. In menopause and can say it’s my go to snack daily and always makes me feel good. Didn’t know why till now. 😀

Just last week I told my doctor that I stopped eating snacks except fruit, veggies and popcorn. He goes popcorn? I said yeah but I air pop it and don't use salt or butter. I don't think he believes me. I know like all things not to eat in excess.

I pop mine with a hot air popper and spray some olive oil over it and sprinkle some pink salt on it. I used to eat it totally salt free and dry but have found out that salt is not your enemy or neither is butter.

You said don't add salt but I love to air pop it and spray it with teriyaki sauce or soy sauce. Am I ruining it?

A half cup of kernels and pop them(fills the whirlypop+), 2 tablespoons of real unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of vinegar or tobasco, some pepper, a pinch of seasoning salt. I have to have it this way every time, once and sometimes twice a week.
