The Tyrion/Jon material from aGoT was supposed to set up a direct rivalry later, which is kind of abandoned in the later novels as Tyrion and Jon aren't really relevant to each other's stories in the published books thus far. Tyrion burning Winterfell was only part of it, he was supposed to fall in love with Arya as well so was a rival for Arya's affections too.

Initially the kids were meant to age much more quickly so Arya probably would have been at least 16 by this point.

The direct Bran/Jon rivlarly/estrangement is really interesting, makes you wonder if Bran is meant for some dark turns in his story and what it means for the war against the Others.

It may be another mostly dropped plot point altogether, like so much else in the outline.
