I like how Bran was such a convenient storyteller character for the writing team. Any time they want to convey that something smart/important was being told then just panned the camera to Bran looking like he's about to say something then cut right away 😂😂😂

Does this scene have flaws? Most definitely. But one great thing here is when Jon talks about not being a Stark, watching Sansa and Arya immediately declare him as family is so damn touching.

The writing was always on the wall when you really think about it. Eddard Stark lost his head trying to save the lives of Cersei’s children, to protect them from what he thought would be Robert Baratheons retribution. It stood to reason that he’d attempt to do the same to protect another child from Roberts wrath as well.

Arya: “You’re my brother. Not my half brother or my bastard brother. My brother.” Even as bad as this series got, it never stopped having good moments.

just because he isn't a Stark by name doesn't mean he isn't a Stark, he still has Stark blood. He's still their family, just not their brother
