This channel is part of the International Association of Facial Growth Guidance. A nonprofit organisation which aims to raise awareness of alternative orthodontic methods and ideas, which too few people are informed of.

The main aim of the platform is to precipitate debate on why teeth are crooked. Most people are not aware that (in most cases) the dental profession has little or no idea why the teeth are crooked, or for that matter why children need major surgery. Clearly there are genetic issues, however the science is clear, the weight of quality research papers, in respected peer reviewed journals, show that our modern lifestyle is a more important factor and most importantly we can do something about this.

Traditional orthodontics damaged my face and particularly my bite. I was left with perfect straight teeth, but improper jaw position. After years of jaw pain, clicking, and grinding my teeth, I began to search for TMJ treatment. The severity of the pain was drastically affecting my sleep. Nothing should ever stand in the way of truth. I trust people like Mike because regardless of whether or not he is right, he wants to do things that will expose what the truth really is. People who shut down others for asking questions and starting discussions are not interested in truth, but something else.

As an asthma sufferer, I could never get that big breath through my nose. Since mewing I now can. Started March of last year, I’m almost 50 and my face looks so much better. It’s shorter and way less wobbly looking around the jaw. I have always had crossed teeth, had braces in my early 40s but they never totally straightened my teeth. My teeth are almost completely straight now, my smile is wider and my upper palate is also bigger. I’ve been so happy with the results. I’ve also started doing very gentle upper palate massage too and altogether, it’s making a real difference. Before I started mewing, I read so many comments about how older people won’t see results and I haven’t found that to be the case at all. I looked and breathed so much better within a few weeks and continue to see and feel improvements. Thank you Mike!
