I made this for breakfast this morning and it was absolutely delicious! My 3 year old, who doesn’t normally like smoothies at all, was willing to drink this one!

Hi, how do I make this so the seeds blend as well, sounds like a stupid question, or maybe it is my blender type, (it's probably about 20 years old, it makes really nice smoothies, but I always get the fruit seeds especially at the bottom, it is off putting.
