High-protein Blueberry Smoothie that contains about 30g protein and no protein powder💜 I used (lactose-free) nonfat Greek yogurt in this which contains 13g protein per 100g. You could also use quark, skyr or protein yogurt!☺️

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen (wild) blueberries (120 ml / 125g)
1/2 banana
3/4 cup (lactose-free) nonfat/low fat Greek yogurt (180 ml / about 200g)
1/4 cup (gluten-free) rolled oats (60 ml)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

Why not use full fat yogurt for a more satisfying smoothie? Looks yummy and easy to make - definitely trying this out!

Hello young lady.. I'm wondering after the 30 days what can I do..bc I Luv n enjoy drinking smoothies.. it helps me from eating junk in the morning. Do I still continue after the 30 days or I have to take a break?
I usually drink black coffee in the morning without sugar just plain black..I only drink 6 oz.
R u able to make a smoothie with coffee or any drink with coffee. Ty.. if u r unable to that's ok.
I will do the smoothie for 30 days starting next week.. muddy but ingredients. Ty 😊 ❤

Thanks but you always use greek yogurt in your recipies. I am vegan and i dont have acces to plant based yogurts. Can you share recipies that are high protein but without yogurt and protein powder?
