Baldur's Gate 3: How to kill Lava Elemental Easy

use the weapon sorrow on the last character that will be able to attack, for maximum damage. in this case, gale attacked third, and since it's on explorer i was able to execute the guy, but on normal or hard you should have the 4th attacking player use Sorrow pull ability after nuking him for as much damage before he recovers HP. Lash to pull him into taking fall damage, and then execute using magic missile upscaled if you can afford it.

Chill touch makes a creature unable to heal. Just hit them with one of those and some cold damage and its dead.

or you know, do what i did, and just range attack it from a platform high up where you can see it roaming about and just range attack it to death without it even thinking your in combat because your too high up for it to see you... surprised to see no one else has done this or at least shown this on youtube xD
