You're using a small form factor power supply in a pretty large case, that's why the cables aren't long enough, small form factor power supplies are designed to fit in tiny cases and thus have shorter cables to prevent them from piling up and filling up too much space.
You could still buy replacement cables or extention cables with custom lengths from a company like Cable Mod though.

im a little late here, but for the GPU cable, you could buy the Lian-li strimmer cables, they'll match the all white theme for the PC and they should be long enough to reach the power supply. The slat wall is nice, using the led on and around it was real nice
