Because of your previous information, every morning I eat canned beets & juice. My blood pressure dropped from about 125 to almost 105 . I feel great at 73 years old. Thank You for you information.

It is common sense that Tongue Scraping which remove a thick layer of white/yellow waste on it will improve the Oral Hygiene . Any unremoved waste in the mouth will promote bad bacteria grow, just like food residues.

As scientist the detailed relationship between bacteria-nitrate-nitrite-NO was well enunciated. More to learn on this subj is needed.

I ABSOLUTELY would appreciate a deep dive into nitric oxide levels and ketogenic diets. My son is in remission from serious mental health issues thanks to mounting evidence such diets are helping many with his and related conditions. Also, Mary Ruddick, who has lived extensively with people in so called "Blue Zones" reports they actually eat very high fat, low carb most of the time (despite reports to the contrary). Dr. Weston Price also reported similar findings among many pre-industrial people. Thanks for keeping us posted on this topic, you were among the first to bring it to our attention with your humming videos years ago. I regularly share with my college students as part of pre-class "cognitive hygiene" overviews. Mahalo!

Thanks for the information. I have been doing tongue scrapping for many years as it makes me feel clean before going to bed. Now, I know I've been been doing the right thing to improve nitic oxide production. Wow! That's really nice. ❤

This is an old Ayurvedic practice and that's is going on for thousands of years, it's also been practiced by Indian yogis of India! Important to pay tribute to the original source!

I learn tongue scraping from way back when I was about 13 years old some years ago, I didn’t really put as much importance on it as you are presenting in this video but I’m glad that I continue doing it I did it really on the advice of a friend who is a dental assistant so I just always follow through indifference to her but I found the benefits were pretty far reaching, thank you for this great video please post more
