Leia is actually a new slave by the time Luke arrives. She to me is nude, deflowered, and now clit-less and her vulva complete cut also. And Leia sees herself as a slave, thus no longer has a name. She was now captive female flesh and the property of her current master. When Luke sees her physically her acknowledges that she indeed was now a slave and has willingly accepted her slave-identity, and Jabba is her current rightful owner unless she sold or dies. Leia asked via their bond to accept her choice and forget her as she was no longer known as Leia - she is now human-chattel.
