@17:04 the frictional force is 100N and the component which acts in inclined downward direction mgsin(alfa)=60 and if we apply a force 40 N it gets balanced so the net force will be zero.... mgsin(alfa) should be greater than frictional force which means the force what we apply should be 41N and the total becomes 101N
