few things to boost efficiency:
1) Build the platform with water in it 1 bock higher and make the edges out of a non spawnable block. This way the iron golem spawns in the water rather than on the edge and immediately fall in.
2) You can build another of those villager pods on the other side of the zombie mirrored exactly about the zombie.
3) When using bloats to move mobs, lifting them 1 block at a time is slow and painful. Instead do this:
a) get exactly below where you want the mob to be.
b) dig down 2 blocks, jump and place piston, then any solid block under your feet. then punch out a block on any side of the solid block you just placed and put a leaver in the bottom of this new hole.
c) get the mob in the boat and ride onto the solid block you placed.
d) get out and click the lever twice (or use a button, but you can double click faster, so i use a lever) this raises the boat and the solid block.
e) place another solid block between the piston and the now floating block, double click lever again.
f) repeat e until mob is at desired height.
g) if mob needs to go up more than piston push limit, pillar up next to the pillar made by the piston and take out the block 2nd from the top, place a new piston pointing upwards again, repeat above process.

I'm playing in 1.15.1. It works, the iron golems spawn and everything works well except the iron golems won't even get into the trap. They'll just stare at the zombie and do nothing. How do I solve this?
