Pro tipps:
- don‘t forget to nametag the piglin, or it will despawn!
- Add two blocks on top of the spawner, so that the skeletons don’t spawn there (where they wouldn‘t fall into the water)
- make the drop shoot two blocks taller, then place a bucket of powdered snow just below the sign, and a cobweb below that. This converts the skeletons to strays, which drop arrows of slowness instead of regular arrows

You can also add a cobweb and a block of powdersnow to convert the skeletons into strays and also get arrows of slowness.

The last farm could be improved by adding a powder snow block in the falling zone: it will convert any skeleton into strays, which have better drops

It takes me longer to build these farms because I’m so new to Minecraft, but these videos are always so helpful, thanks for being great

Tip: you dont need to place torch in all sides of the spawner. 1 torch is enough to make mob proof.

Love this type of video. I’d quite like to see 1 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute farms (all for the same thing though so 3 sugar cane farms) just to see how much more efficient you can make the farm with more time working on it

Tip: don't edge the blocks on your spawner, the hopper's hitbox will hold the xp, so it's better to put the slab on the hopper, the items will still flow into the hopper, and you will get the xp.

They make it look so easy... Took me forever to make an skeleton farm, definitely not under 10 minutes

I’ve been working on a design for a skeleton spawner farm that incorporates iron pressure plates so I can be alerted when the drop chute approaches the mob crowding limit. I want to eventually make it so it can fill up multiple chambers with packs of skeletons while I’m doing something else, then when it’s full it can automatically light up the spawning chamber to stop spawning skeletons.

I made my own spawned room but the killing chamber is right beside the spawned so instead of going up and down again it only goes a bit down into the killing chamber making it a lot quicker for the and since they don’t take the fall damage it usually takes I put a campfire since it won’t burn items and kill mobs and it works like a slab with hoppers meaning hoppers still grab items

Love all of your farms Shulkercraft!! I replicated your mob xp farm you did ages ago and have been building extra levels on it. Works a treat!

Damn the pressure plate redstone torch autodropping system is pretty big brain, crazy how much smaller it is than the conventional autodropper

2:08 You know they are rich when they ignore diamonds right in front.

The length of the bubble column can be halved by using pointed dripstone, albeit the collection system will have to be surrounded in blocks.

Thanks Shulkercraft that’s just what I need to do when I play Minecraft

Pro tip
Place a slab on top of the spawner so no mobs can spawn on top of it!
