I'm a detailer for a Toyota dealership and everyday I have to clean vehicles that the lot bought and rims that were once a bright metallic color like the rims in the video, were just a dirty. nasty color. we just use a concentrated degreaser on the rims and if that doesn't work, we have some spoke acid that is kind of a god send. removes the brake dust and contaminant from rims, removes waterspots and bonded particles from paint, also removes most waterspots from windows depending on how strong the dilution is. but DO NOT leave the spoke acid on the paint or the windows for too long and don't use it when the vehicles been buffed.. but nonetheless, great videos, love you guys, glad to see a group of people out there showing the world how to maintain their cars!

I have some wheels, SOTHIS sc002 flat gray finished.
They have accumulated brake dust and doesn't come off, even with a hard scrub on them...
Would this product do the trick?

I would love it if the people doing these videos and using "their" product would instead first try common products to show that it does not come off and then use their product to show that their product actually does the trick that common products won't. It's easy to show brake dust that would easily come off and it makes the product they use look like it works, but in reality any common product would work just as good. So Chemical Guys, next time you show how your product works, try using a common product first to show that it really is not easy to clean.
