24' CERTIFIED Tiny House Built By Tiny House Listings

This NOAH certified tiny house was built with simplicity and functionality in mind. Downstairs sleeping was a key part of the design. A year ago we polled over million users on The Tiny House Listings site with over 200,000 people responding. The goal was to learn exactly what the ideal tiny house would look like for the maximum number of people. Price point, layout and functionality were the three main focuses. This tiny house called "The Model Tiny" is the result.

Just some suggestions... raise the fridge (reverse it's door too) and place a deeper cabinet below it. Storage below it should be a slide out toe kick, otherwise it's pretty difficult to get stuff out. This tiny looks like it's 6ft wide. I think 8.5 works best (every inch of space matters). And lastly, if the windows are just a few inches higher at the bottom, furniture placement would be visually better. I find a higher pitch or shed roof is more appealing too🥰

I really like the look of this tiny house, the extra time it took to paint that beautiful emerald green color on kitchen cabinets! The size of the shower is spot on. I appreciate the look on the outside of house. Just because it is smaller, less money, doesn't mean you only deserve a plain square without character. Great Job on that aspect and Thankful. I agree, it does need more storage. I'm sure that will be a fix you can . Ps I understand you added quality touches and the new owner can provide their own storage for clothes etc.. Good job I Love that idea along with the Beautiful extra's you provided!! Thank you for sharing!!!

It's nice it seems a bit narrow and some what Claustrophobic in my opinion. It needs a full-size fridge, and it doesn't have to be a side by side. The cabinet above it seems to be a wasted space.

Looks nice. I hope there is storage under the bed. Also the refrigerator doors need too be turned around. I don't care for the color choice but do like the house.

I see alot of comments about to small. What exactly do people think the tiny house movement means? If your looking for a tiny house for a single person this one is perfect. A couple maybe? Depends how close y'all And if people consistently ask for BIGGER TINY HOUSES then the whole point of tiny houses are just not going to exist anymore

Why do so few tiny houses have a wall or some kind of partition closing off the bedroom? I don't want to sleep smelling my dinner on my bedding.

Just out of curiosity, why is the price 57, 500...but the other was 52, 500? Why the 5k difference?

Seems like there was enough space for a larger fridge. The real problem with the smaller one isn't the fridge its the freezer. You can't fit much in them.

My question is whether you feel a lot of movement inside the tiny house, which is an issue with a lot of RV type homes. I know someone who would be interested in a tiny home, but she's more interested in a foundation built tiny home because of the movement like you get in an RV that bothers her.
